Caramba has created a 'Wall of Flame' that features no less than 100 of the most interesting and sinfully spicy hot sauces from around the world. More than a conversation piece, the 'Wall of Flame' challenges the most daring of chili-eaters to try such favourites as 'Total Insanity' and 'Smack My Ass and Call Me Sally' hot sauces.

The drink list features Mexican beers as well as local and imported brews, cocktails and the perfect Margarita served any way you like it or with fruit for a refreshing zing in the heat of Hong Kong.
